Obituary Transcription

Donald T. "Bud" Allemang, 82 of Rochelle died Thursday, July 6, 2000, in Pine Crest Manor, Mount Morris. Born Nov. 14, 1917, in Madison, Wis., to Cash and Martha (Hartwig) Allemang. MArried Signe J. Dickson on Oct. 10, 1943, in Little Falls, Minn.; she died Nov. 24, 1989. He was employed as an automobile salesman and sold real estate at Lost Nation in Dixon, Wisconsin Dells, and Florida Sunshine Property. He delivered Meals on Wheels, was a World War II Army veteran and member of Saint Paul Lutheran Church. Survivors include son, two daughters, special niece and nephew, ten grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, and his dog, Jessee. Predeceased also by parents; and brother, Wayne.

Services at 10:30 a.m., Monday, July 10, in Saint Paul Lutheran Church, Rochelle, with the Rev. Mark Nordman officiating. Visitation from 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, July 9, in Unger-Horner Funeral Home, 400 N. Sixth St. Burial in Roselawn Cemetery, Madison, Memorial to Meals on Wheels.
